The purpose of the Culinary Club is the expose the minds of all students, especially those Culinary Arts majors and minors, to the world of Culinary Arts through bonding activities of community and campus service and the different avenues that this profession has to offer.
We have been lead this year by Jemarra Jones, our president, Aubree Peek, our vice president, Courtney Adams, our secretary, Sam Mills, our treasurer, Hallie Woodward, our public relations rep, and Jennifer Oliver, our cheerleader. Dr. Jim Fitzgerald has been our faculty advisor starting this semester. Our regular meeting time is on Sunday nights at 8:00 p.m. in Shattuck Hall room 111. This was the time that the club saw best fit to meet.
The requirements for membership into the culinary club are as follows.
1. Must be a currently enrolled at MUW student with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
2. Officers must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
3. Officer elections are held in Spring Semester: terms run from spring to spring
4. Open to all majors.
